Return Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom orders or personalized goods
- Opened packaging for fabrics or chemicals
Refund Process: Once your return is approved by the supplier, refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via your original payment method.
Disputes & Complaints: If you face any issues, contact our support team. We will mediate between buyer and supplier to resolve the matter.
